Prebit is built for the business launching its first store, not its fifth — one affordable, complete platform instead of ten disconnected tools.
Most commerce platforms make a new business choose between affordable and complete. You can get a cheap store builder with none of the infrastructure to actually grow, or a fully-loaded enterprise platform priced and built for brands that already have scale — nothing built for the business in between. Prebit exists to remove that trade-off: store builder, checkout, multichannel selling, analytics, and an app ecosystem, in one platform, priced for a business launching its first store, not its fifth, with 0% platform transaction fees so growth isn't taxed away.
We believe running an online business shouldn't require learning five dashboards, connecting ten services, and paying platform fees on top of all of them. Our goal is to build the operating system for modern commerce — one platform where a business can sell, market, analyze, automate, and grow without switching tools as it scales.
Prebit is designed around the merchant launching their first store, not their fifth — the onboarding, pricing, and defaults all start there.
Plans start at ₹399/month with 0% platform transaction fees, so the tooling a growing brand actually needs isn't locked behind an enterprise tier.
Store builder, checkout, multichannel selling across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, analytics, and a sandboxed app store — all in one place today.
The AI Store Builder turns a short conversation into a real, ready-to-review starter store — so no one starts from a blank page.
Prebit started as an idea: remove the trade-off between an affordable platform and a complete one.
Development started on the core commerce engine, store builder, and checkout infrastructure.
Prebit opens to the public, starting with Indian D2C brands as its first market.
Founder & CEO
Nishant Kumar Singh founded Prebit at 22, out of a simple observation: the tools available to a new business are either cheap and incomplete, or complete and priced for a company that already has scale.
That focus shapes every product decision at Prebit — from the AI Store Builder that turns a short conversation into a live starter store, to Smart Checkout, whose account layer already powers login and order history today and is actively expanding into full cross-store buyer recognition, to Boron, Prebit's live headless commerce framework, and Krypton, its planned native-mobile framework — each built so a growing brand can scale up without ever leaving the platform.
"The goal was never to build another store builder. It was to remove the trade-off that stops a new business from having both an affordable platform and a complete one."
— Nishant Kumar Singh, Founder & CEO
Co-Founder & Lead UI/UX Designer
Usha Phogat is the co-founder and lead UI/UX designer of Prebit, responsible for how every part of the platform looks, feels, and works — from the seller-facing admin panel to the App Store to checkout.
Beyond visual design, she has shaped several of Prebit's core product decisions — including how the admin panel is structured, how new sellers are onboarded, and how complex features like multichannel selling and app management are simplified into workflows a first-time store owner can actually use.
"A seller lives in the admin panel every day, not just on launch day. If a dashboard, an app, or a checkout flow makes them stop and figure out where to click, that's a design failure — not a support ticket."
— Usha Phogat, Co-Founder & Lead UI/UX Designer
